Include the page or glyph involved, the steps you took, the result you expected, the browser and operating system, and whether the problem survives a reload. For a correction, include the article URL and the exact claim.
Protect source material.
Do not send confidential, licensed, or client font files unless you have permission and the file is necessary to investigate the request. Typelure's editor itself remains local-first; email is a separate network service.
